You are aware that engine takes 15 quarts of oil; 1-shy of 4 gallons, for an oil change. So unless you measured exactly or pulled the stick before hand to check the level I'm not so sure I see the problem. And as already mentioned...Only Motorcraft filters on... Login to read more.
