We use a nut splitter on those. It looks like a rugged C-clamp with a log splitter wedge opposite the screw end. Once you split the filter "nipple", the nut will rotate. If the nut's seized to the tubing, we'll split the other end also. Usually one of the two ... Login to read more. ![]()
