Right off, I'd say your ICP is lying to the PCM. Disconnect it and see if it starts. If the PCM thinks that there's around .8 V or more from the ICP sensor, it'll stop ramping up IPR at about 1.5V as it thinks there's sufficient ICP pressure even thoug it may ... Login to read more. ![]()
