DON'T use ties on plastic boots! my experience is a 100% failure rate of the rack when the boots(plastic) have been zip tied. crimp/band original clamps are perfered but not always practical. use the European or Zerbra type srcew clamp, the clamp is thinner. ... Login to read more.
