Moisture is getting in somehow. I am not sure what brand of cap and rotor you installed, I find some aftermarket caps do not fit right. I would use OE parts, make sure the o-ring/cap gasket is still on the dist, and make sure the vent is not plugged if it has ... Login to read more.
