not sure about everything involved with fuel economy but I will agree that if you raise the octane the fuel should burn slower. We dynoed a 600 inch big block chevy a couple weeks ago and it made less horsepower on 114 octane fuel as compared to 110 octane fu... Login to read more. ![]()
