Ok, I think we have this one figured out. New AC Delco pump [2004 Chevrolet Suburban 1500 LS, Fuel Supply Waveform] . Amperage is much better now. The fuel pressure is up to 48psi at idle. Not as high as I would like, but it is an improvement and it is in spec... Login to read more.
