Since unplugging the EPS brings the voltage at 5 to 6 and 5 to 14 back to normal, the problem must be at or after the EPS. I would plug the EPS back in and try and unplug the ECM next. If voltage is still high the problem is towards the TCM or EBCM. Login to read more. ![]()
