Help, Please--93 Volvo 850 Memory Seat Malfunction

93 Volvo 850 with driver's memory seat is fine, EXCEPT for attempts to MANUALLY move the seatback FORWARD. When doing so, the seatback will only move a tiny bit forward, then stop. Release the button and press again, moves another tiny bit and stop... Login to read more.
