Smoke the intake for a vacuum leak, usually the middle cylinders where they connect to the heads, Very common leak when cold, causing lean codes. As for the pump, it probably was weak anyhow. Freeze frame would tell you when the codes flagged, Cold/Hot. Idle/A... Login to read more.
