Bryan, I know you said it does not have a vacuum leak but from what you've stated I would re-check. Look at areas not normally a problem...brake booster, pcv valve, fuel pressure regulator, etc. Can you smoke test the engine? Did you check fuel pressure? Also ... Login to read more.
