Im calling it a #4 non sealing intake valve issue. It seems #3 its companion cylinder vacuum stroke got some extra help and #4 vacuum event was hindered from extra exhaust stroke overlap gas of a cylinder Im not smart enough to identify due to a brain cramp =)... Login to read more.
