We had the same issue. Heavy vibration at idle, stopped, in gear. It had replacement axle shafts installed (Chinese aftermarket I assume). Changed them out with Subaru shafts and the problem was gone. This was a 2006 Outback 2.5l. Hope this helps out. Login to read more.
