No communication
Should I have voltage at pin 2 of the DLC (class 2 pin) with no scanner connected and key off? I have 8 volts with no scanner connected and key off. It sholud be 0v correct?I have a comm issue with this vehicle. It has no splice pack so I would have to unplug ... Login to read more.
