I too am doing my first one on an 05 5.4 with 95K. I've read many different threads on the subject. Went by the Ford TSB for removal with the exception of using the Motorcraft fluid. Someone else noted having good luck with PB Blaster, so I am trying that. Doe... Login to read more.
