That is probably your problem. I have tried flashing a 2002 S80 w/ my Cardaq and it did not work. I called DrewTech who told me prior to 04, Volvo flashing is hit or miss. I ended up getting a Dice and it flashed it no prob. IIRC I was getting a similar screen... Login to read more.
