Cheetah won't fix his problem,BTDT. Tire "seals" and fills, but the top bead won't jump out of the drop center fully for appr a 6" section or so. It feels like trying to force a 15" tire on a 16" rim. 120psi will seal it if lubed well. Login to read more.
