You may have an intermittent seal somewhere (purge, vent, etc). Do you have a manual vacuum pump? If so, connect it to the hose at the purge valve and close off the vent valve (if any). Pump down to about 12" H20 (~1" HG) and read the tank pressure/vacuum sens... Login to read more.
