A few ideas. Check for needle shake on intake. Sticking intake valve. Put hand over exhaust if it sucks in hand one one pulse , then sticking exhaust valve, check pressure on valve cover PVC port. If it suddenly drops after 30 seconds then you have stuck rings... Login to read more.
