This vehicle does indeed have MAF. Personally, I have not seen IMRC cause a misfire, but anything is possible. You don't have any EGR DTC's? Problems with the EGR flow sensor (DPFE) can cause this concern, but you will usually have a DTC (P0401, P0402, etc.) T... Login to read more.
