Hi Scott. The first thing I do on any hydrolock is to check for a bent rod. On those, I would use an uncoated brass brazing rod and check TDC on several cylinders. If you hold the rod on top of the piston at the tightest upward angle you can get, the rod will ... Login to read more. ![]()
