Nope, this one has regular old spark plugs, not the high thread ones that break off. I don't belive the vans never used the 3 valve 5.4's, or at least up to the '09 model year. Just take the normal precautions that you would on any other non HT 4.6 or 5.4 Ford... Login to read more.
