The shape in your wave is not the problem is it? The gaps are aren't they? Looks like a damaged tooth or teeth to me.

Maybe I am wrong, but the last 1.9 I checked I thought I remember had an 'hour glass' shape but the gaps weren't like your waveform... Login to read more.
