Hi I have the same problem on a '05 cop car. Everything goes though BCM first it seems. Motoralldata supplied a flow chart which I followed, checking the 5v signal wire drops down to say 3.75 volts(mine didn't), disconnect ignition switch wires and check circ... Login to read more.
