Did you save your wave forms? Can you post them?

C2 pin 34 is CMP sig C2 pin 35 is CKP sig

If you were truly getting CMP on ch2 I can only assume you were on the wrong wire. Unplugging the CMP should have only killed ch3&4, again I think it is hooked ... Login to read more.
