Definitely, BTDT. If the crank signal to the PCM is not there, disconnect another sensor on the 9 V. reference circuit and check the signal. When you disconnect the (shorted) CKP from the circuit the V. to your other sensor will come alive again. Any sensor on... Login to read more.
