2004 Cadi CTS Wont Shift From Park Nor Release Key

Hello Iatn members,

I've got a tough one [...] caddy will not shift from park, and will not release the key from the Ignition cylinder.

I checked all fuses and relays and all is good. Pulled up mitchell and the A/T Shift Lock Control Solenoid in the center... Login to read more.
