just bought a '99 explorer to fix up and flip....it is the v-6 4.0 ohv pushrod motor.....i noticed that it had an almost brand new p/s pump on it but made that terrible "whine" noise like the p/s fluid is low (but of course it isn't)....so i figure bad pump...... Login to read more.
