Scott, what are you using to try and find an intermittent. A DVOM is to slow to catch the hard ones. What I do after confirming my B+, Ground, and 5v Ref. with no drops, is use a lab scope back probed at the PCM, with a trace time of like 10s then KOEO wiggle ... Login to read more.
