How did you determine the vent solenoid is open after 3 seconds?

What does the FTP sensor show during this event? Perhaps the ECM sees FTP drop too low because the purge solenoid is open. Then, the ECM commands the vent solenoid to reopen to prevent evap sys... Login to read more.
