I've seen that also and my THEORY is that the pressure can be below 58-60psi, but when the air pressure is a negative (vacuum) in the intake manifold, the fuel pressure doesn't need to be as high, to overcome the poppet. That's why it will not start, but will ... Login to read more. ![]()
