Matt, at the dealer we use that lisle remove tool, its great. but the best way is to use the tool is push the porcelain in, than run a tap in the slave than remove it. the new way some of the boys and i do the spark pugs now is, 3/8 impact gun,tune up cleaner.... Login to read more.
