It needs the keys programmed first. If you have access to a scanner that will do that. It's pretty simple. Look for C/U Init or similar. I don't think snap on will do it. a bunch of others will. Launch, Iscan, etc. Run the C/U init. (if it ask for a code enter... Login to read more.
