It wouldn't be the pressure switch manifold, because the TCC is still locked, with the low slip.

Spikes in line pressure can cause leaks into other hydraulic circuits, that flood the TCC solenoid, thus not exhausting the fluid fast enough, so you get no TCC ... Login to read more.
