I'm with Bill on this one. I think you might have been on the exhaust stroke. Hard to imagine accidentally hitting it 3 times though. Working alone? I use a paper towel, folded in half twice, then put it over the end of a screwdriver. Screw it in till it's snu... Login to read more.
