I'm 99% sure that you have a 5V V-ref sensor short. I agree with Tony that using current draw on the V-ref as a guide may be misleading.

I'd be replacing the CKP 1st (just because). Then disconnect AC and P/stg pressure sensors if they have V-ref. Then work ... Login to read more.
