05 New Beetle Readiness Monitor Not Complete

My Question is Two Fold.

My Immediate Concern is a 05 New Beetle that I am trying to Prepare for an Emission Test. The Evap and Sec Air Monitors have failed to Toggle from Not Complete. We have driven Numerous Miles following the VW drive cycle.
