I thought DLC pin 6 to 14 should be 120 ohms. Ecm and Ipc are the terminating resisters which are setting a resistance for current to stabilize communication. If your reading 60 ohms try ohming the terminating resisters them selfs or disconnect one vise versa ... Login to read more.
