Hello I had a 06 cobalt 2 months ago that had the erratic speedo and trans codes and also tcc would stay locked [...] had been to dealer for new trans [...] problem ended up being bad connection on connectors to bcm.I sprayed the connectors with terminal clean... Login to read more.
