00 Jeep TJ ECM/TPS issue

Jeep originally came in with a code "TPS voltage high"

TPS checked out good and working.

further exploring revealed that the signal return wire in the ECM for the TPS was reading 5.6v

and it continues to read 5.6v coming out of the ecu even with the wire... Login to read more.
