Recheck your math. I am pretty sure that the 305 heads are 58cc and the Vortec 5.7 heads are 68 cc which will lower the compression ratio to about 8.5 to one. Also, the 5.7 heads have bigger intake valves and I am not certain if they will not hit the ... Login to read more.
