Scott, if #4 is connected directly to ignition it may blow the voltage regulator over a period of time. I can understand that you don't want to rewire anything. Perhaps something is wrong with the NAPA unit? 68 ohms through switched ignition is the safest lowe... Login to read more. ![]()
