I'd disconnect the O2 and check the open circuit voltage at the wire. Should be 5V. When the O2 is cold, its resistance is very high. The PCM uses the 5v signal to diagnose the O2. Not sure of the exact strategy, but I think the PCM monitors how lon... Login to read more.
