As far as I am aware, these engines were replaced by BMW under warranty for oil consumption problems. It's probably too late for that now, (BG), ...the book times are unbelievable for that engine - e.g. All valves & reseating: 18.25 hours, nearly 15hrs to S&R ... Login to read more.
