Steve, I did try a cheapie OBD2 scanner, did nothing. I did check the CAN wires, 2.5 and 1.5v, 60 ohms complete, 120 ohms with either the instrument cluster or DSC module disconnected. I unplugged both DSC and IC; DME plugged in, still no crank/no check engine... Login to read more.
