My wifes 88 BMW 750iL with 205k on the clock is getting to be a real oil burner. I don't see oil smoke unless I'm following her, and only when she pokes the throttle after a long decel (getting off the highway). Even so, it burns about 3 quarts per 1000 miles.... Login to read more.
