I have done many of those on dodge and ford not pulled a head [...] manifold,use extractor,vice grips or weld a nut on the [...] the stud will not move you can heat the aluminum head around stud BE CAREFILL with the heat,Just heat around [...] stud brakes off ... Login to read more.
