Scott, thanks for reply. I own two scanners and the only one which can do actuators is the NEXIQ (MPSI). It has 2000 GM software and will do many GM actuator tests, but I doubt it will work on the Saturn system. I don't see any electrical tests in Alldata unle... Login to read more.
