On the early tractors I have used a mix of 10w30 synthetic oil, 1qt of ATF and conventional oil. I like to stay with at least 60% conventional oil. This has worked well for me on most of my tractors. I do have one that is going to require a qt or 2 of diesel. ... Login to read more.
