Id call it back pressure based on the fact its not running lean. Intake can only take in what the exhaust can blow out. Im usually really suspicious of any exhaust pressure close to or over 1.5 PSI no load @ 2500 RPM. Actually most specs are no more than 1.25 ... Login to read more.
